If you wish to return/exchange an item bought online for delivery, refunds/exchanges are granted providing the item/s is returned in its original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return an item? Please send the parcel back using recorded delivery so you can track your order, we do not cover your shipping costs for the return of the item/s, and the item/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please email us at for the return address to send to
Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges if they are worn, damaged or stained with makeup/deodorant marks – if they are returned in this state then they will be sent back to you.
